William joined Prime Team in 2018 and currently serves as a Principal Recruiter. He has more than 6 years of recruiting experience and specializes in placing Software Engineers. His eclectic background includes US Peace Corps volunteer service in Kazakhstan, experiences teaching History at the secondary level, guiding backpacking trips for teenagers throughout the American West, and he continues to tutor Spanish on a part-time basis. Prior education includes a BA in History from Gonzaga University and a MA in Latin American Studies from the University of New Mexico. When not recruiting, William trains as a distance and cross country runner with nationally competitive Club Northwest.
