• Before using AI to analyze your personal information, we will notify you and request your explicit consent.
• Before creating an AI-assisted candidate presentation for sharing with a client, we will notify you and request your explicit consent.
• You may decline the use of AI at any time without affecting your candidacy or the services we provide to you.
• All AI-generated outputs, including candidate presentations, are reviewed by a qualified human recruiter before being shared with any client.
Compliance with AI-Related Laws
Several U.S. states have enacted or are enacting laws governing the use of AI in hiring and employment decisions. We are committed to complying with all applicable AI transparency and disclosure requirements, including those in Illinois, Maryland, New York, Colorado, and any other jurisdiction where such laws apply.
No Automated Decision-Making Without Human Review
We do not make final hiring or candidate selection decisions based solely on automated or AI-driven processes. A human recruiter reviews all AI-assisted outputs before any decisions or recommendations are communicated to clients or candidates.

• Communications (including SMS): Retained as necessary to support our services and compliance obligations.
• Website and Analytics Data: Retained for shorter periods unless required for legal or security purposes.
