Michael Gruenwald is a key member of the Prime Team Partners team, serving as their Director of Recruiting. Michael’s joined Prime Team in 2006 moving from up from Technical Recruiter to his current role.
Throughout his tenure at Prime Team Partners, Michael has honed his skills in bringing together companies and technology professionals. His recruiting expertise spans a wide range of positions, from database engineering and data analytics to enterprise application implementation and support, infrastructure, and project/program management.
As the Director of Recruiting, Michael leads his team with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences to both candidates and clients. He is passionate about matching the right people with the right organizations, and his deep knowledge of the industry ensures that Prime Team Partners’ clients receive the highest quality service.
Beyond his professional life, Michael is a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, exploring the outdoors, and playing a round of golf.
