Jane started her career in the healthcare industry and spent over 19 years working in a variety of medical specialties. Her greatest sense of fulfillment in these roles was in her ability to connect with people and advocate for patients.
After a merger that would have placed her in a new environment, Jane decided to branch out and consider new career paths. Having a love for houses and helping people she decided to try real estate and was building a strong career when the real estate market collapsed.
Jane was introduced to Prime Team through her husband, who had been placed into his then current IT position through the agency. Prime Team was looking for an administrative assistant, but Jane quickly moved into recruiting and found new fulfillment bringing candidates and clients together.
In her free time, Jane enjoys reading, spending time with her grandchildren, and long weekend getaways to enjoy all the bounties of the Pacific Northwest. She has lived in Washington State for most of her life and feels there are few other places that offer equal beauty and quality of life.
