Haley joined Prime Team Partners in February 2019 after leaving a large national staffing firm to pursue further career growth in Tech Staffing. Initially starting as a Technical Recruiter, she quickly transitioned into Business Development and Account Management roles at Prime Team. Driven by her passion for helping others, Haley takes pride in providing top-tier talent to her clients. Building relationships with clients and colleagues is of the utmost importance to her. She enjoys planning company parties and creating opportunities for the team to bond outside of work.
Originally from a small town near Fort Worth, Texas, Haley graduated with a BSA in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin and moved to Seattle in 2018. She loves spending time in the great outdoors, hiking, camping, and skiing. Haley is also a board game enthusiast and always up for any competition as she loves to win.
Haley is known for her catchphrases, including referring to a group as “y’all” and wishing the team a “Happy Mini-Friday” on Thursday mornings and a “Happy Full-Size Friday” on Fridays
